Everyone’s case and requirements are different and, therefore, a standard fee for each case cannot be determined and set without an interview. The fee will be based off the amount of projected hours it will take to handle the matter. In most cases, a flat fee method will be used. If a combination (flat fee + hourly fee) is utilized, Clients are always advised when and if their initial retainer fee is about to be depleted and another will be necessary. There will never be any surprise legal fees. All legal work is reasonably billed. Rushing Law is able to accept all major credit cards (processing fee may apply).
